Alban Hyseni, the mayor of Gjilan, was photographed by VX Pictures during his official duties on Friday, March 10, 2023. Prior to his current role, Hyseni served as a member of the parliament, actively participating in various committees such as the Parliamentary Committee for Legislation, Mandate, Immunities, Regulations of the Assembly, and Supervision of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
